Operations Manager (m/w/d) Outpatient Care Berlin-Buch

RENAFAN is a nursing service provider who has been standing for excellent and individual care for 30 years now. To strengthen our team of outpatient tour care in Berlin-Buch, we are looking for

in full-time or part-time (from 35 hours).

You take over the complete organization of the operational planning for the outpatient station in Berlin-Buch including effective tour planning for the employees to provide the agreed services for the customers Reduction of the tours, adjustments or changes of the tour plans Responsibility for implementation for the requirements in the SGB V area (e.g., organize medical regulations, drug orders, provide the medicines for the customers, organization of nursing materials) Ensure a complete service transfer and self-acquisition of missing information Ensuring proper and comprehensible documentation close cooperation and regular coordination with the care service management and comprehensive information sharing to employees and supervisors Co-responsibility for ensuring high quality of care and customer satisfaction Advice to customers and their relatives and cost clarifications Willingness to cooperate in care (in case of staff shortages)

a completed training as examinated nursing staff (health and nursing staffin, nurse, nursing staffin, nursing staff, etc.) Experience in outpatient tour planning and performance detection desirable, happy with leadership experience good German knowledge (at least B2 level) Class B driving licence (forced required) Knowledge of how to use common care software (Medifox, Curasoft or the like) high quality standards and accompanying care Teamability, empathy, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility are of course for you strong social skills, communication skills and commitment
