On behalf of our customer, we are looking for you in Bietigheim-Bissingen as a specialist (m/w/d).

This profile will help you as a specialist (m/w/d)

• You have completed professional training
• They have professional experience in the personnel sector and in the pay bill
• They maintain a structured and analytical approach
• They are team-ready, flexible and are happy to work independently
• You have good user knowledge in the MS Office area (Word, Excel), ideally in P&I LOGA
• Absolute confidentiality and sensitivity in the handling of personal data are obvious to you

Projektleiter (m/w/d)

• Preparing and implementing the pay bill via the P&I LOGA personnel management software
• master data and contract maintenance in the pay settlement system
• correspondence and communication with health insurance companies, social security institutions, clients and other authorities
• Processing of certification and reporting
• Contact persons in the fields of tax, social security and labour law as well as additional services in the public service
• Creating specialist evaluations and statistics
• Implementation of annual completion work
• Support for personnel management and various personnel processes/projects
