Own implementation of group and individual offers for our residents: Design of activating, creative, everyday-oriented and biography-related employment opportunities Direct accompaniment, motivation and promotion of residents:in everyday life Other management and organization tasks: Planning and management of social services and writing of the Employment Week Plan Organization of festivals, events and excursions Ensuring the biography survey as part of hometaking Development of concepts in the social service Motivation, professional support and development of employees: Contact care for volunteers, priests, schools, kindergartens, etc. (to organize joint activities) Public relations (playing our Facebook page)
