Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

As Head of Quality, you take over the operational and strategic control of all the central quality functions within the company. In this role, you contribute significantly to ensuring, developing and harmonising quality standards throughout the entire value chain. Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the areas Quality Planning, Measurement Technology and Processes & Methods Further development of an integrated, process-oriented quality management system to ensure sustainable product, process and system quality Management and coordination of product releases, quality checks, audits and certifications. Analysis of quality indicators (KPIs) with derivation and implementation of measures and ensuring sustainable effectiveness Effective implementation of the global quality strategy in the area of responsibility in close coordination with the Vice President Quality Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and external standards, guidelines and legal requirements Active promotion of sustainable quality culture and quality awareness throughout the company Contact person for customers, suppliers and authorities on quality topics. Technical contact for quality topics to internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. suppliers, customers, certification bodies) Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as development, purchasing, production and logistics

Graduate degree in engineering, quality management, economic engineering or similar discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience in a leadership position in quality in an international industrial or production environment Management competence and communication strength Experience in international cooperation with production sites and suppliers Understanding production and manufacturing processes, ideally in metal and plastic processing Extensive knowledge of QM systems, standards and methods with auditing and certification Strategic thinking with high implementation strength, as well as analytical skills Very good knowledge of German and English
