The Head of Business Cleaning is responsible for the construction, organisation and continuous development of professional business cleaning within alphacaps GmbH. The aim is to ensure the highest hygiene, quality standards in all production, storage and by-product areas as well as all product-contacting plant parts. The position contributes significantly to product safety, auditability and production availability.

Construction of cleaning Construction and development of a powerful internal cleaning team Definition of personnel requirements, shift models and operational plans Creation of organisational structures, responsibilities and representation regulations recruitment, training and qualification of new employees Operational leadership Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team Planning, control and control of all cleaning activities Ensuring efficient personnel and resource planning Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews Production and machine cleaning Responsibility for cleaning all production areas Responsibility for cleaning all parts of the machine touching the product Development and optimization of cleaning processes Cleaning chemistry and hygiene management Selection and approval of suitable cleaning and disinfectants Ensuring the correct dosage and application Assessment of cleaning results and effectiveness controls Close cooperation with QM and QS Automation and Process Optimization Introduction and implementation of automated cleaning solutions Assessment of cleaning robots, automatic dosing systems, wet and dry cleaning systems Development of indicators for measuring quality, costs and efficiency Continuous improvement of cleaning processes Audit and Quality Management Preparation of customers -, IFS and authorities audits Ensuring complete and audit-proof documentation Working with cleaning validations and hygiene concepts Cause analysis of hygiene defects and complaints

Must-criteria Multiannual professional experience in management function within the business cleaning or industrial cleaning Detectable experience in the design and management of cleaning teams Experience in the use of various detergents and disinfectants Knowledge of modern cleaning processes in production plants Experience in cleaning automation and process optimization Good knowledge of occupational safety and hazardous materials management

Ideally additionally Experience in the food, pharmaceutical or food supplement industry Knowledge in, HACCP, IFS Food or comparable standards Experience with cleaning validations Experience in handling ATP measurements and hygiene controls Knowledge of Lean Management or CVP
