HVAC in-house technician for technical building management (m/f/d)

For the field of technical building management, we are looking for a dedicated Haustechniker (w/m/d).

Your tasks

• Regular inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings according to legal requirements
• Survey and quick response to emergencies to ensure smooth operation
• Supply of specialist work orders to foreign companies in coordination with the technical management
• Self-employed Confirmation and implementation of craft services
• Document of maintenance work, repairs and inspections in Facility Management Software (CAFM)
• **Cooperation with other departments and external service providers
• Conservation and implementation of the statutory hygiene regulations for drinking water and ventilation systems (e.g. drinking water and VDI 6022)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training Heating, ventilation, sanitation or climate, technicians/masters (e.g. facility management, building technology, utility technology, etc.)
• Professional experience in HLSK, technical building equipment ideally in hospital or healthcare
• Experience in building technology, building automation (GLT) and hygiene management in drinking water and ventilation systems
• Self-employed, responsible working and team skills
• ready-to-use PC knowledge in handling CAFM software and MS Office
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in the call readiness service
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Class B licence
