The customer & markets division is responsible for all processes between the distribution network operator Stromnetz Berlin and its customers as well as other market participants – e.g. energy suppliers, measuring point operators and suppliers. As part of the customer management department, the team is responsible for customer connections privately planning, design and customer communication around connection requests on private properties in the Berlin low-voltage network. The focus is on quality, economics, customer experience and regulatory requirements.

Individually responsible project planning and calculation of technically and/or organisationally demanding network connections as well as advice from customers and other project participants. Control of demanding network connection projects and development of solutions for special technical issues, taking into account technical, economic and legal requirements. Professional Responsibility & Complaint Management Dealing with professionally demanding customer concerns and complaints as well as developing appropriate and sustainable solutions. Representation of the technical and process interests of the team in projects, specialist bodies and interface rounds. Process Development & Special Tasks Participation as a specialist in cross-disciplinary projects and technical coordination of selected special topics. Analysis of key figures and further development of processes, quality standards and workflows.

a state-tested technician or master training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable conclusion or willingness to complete such a training. well-founded knowledge of the medium-voltage and low-voltage network as well as the design of network connections as well as good knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and technical regulations. analytical skills for the evaluation of key figures as well as interest in the further development of processes and quality standards. a high level of initiative, team capacity, organisational capacity and a strong customer orientation. safe handling of the common Microsoft 365 applications and good knowledge in handling graphic network information systems and CRM systems.
