Your entry chance in PR, media work and strategic communication Are you interested in PR & marketing communication, media and digital transformation in companies? In our 18-month Volontariat with a focus on press and public relations, you will learn the basics of modern PR and communication work in a practical way and carry out independently varied tasks at the interface between editorial, marketing and event management.

Your duties

Your tasks During the Volontariat you will gain a comprehensive insight into external corporate communication and actively participate in the media presence of our publisher: Press and Public Relations Write and edit press releases, specialist articles, interviews and event announcements Customer communication via various channels (telephone, mailing, social media) Creation and optimization of target group specific content for our digital channels (website, social media, newsletter, whitepaper) Development of creative approaches to target audience approach Participation in the further development of editorial external representation, including SEO-relevant texts Digital Communication & Social Media Conception and implementation of contributions for LinkedIn & Co. Community Management and Dialogue with our Target Group (HR-Responsible, eLearning-Professionals etc.) Monitoring and analysis of the range of communication measures You test with high-end PR & marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe Creative Suite etc. Event communication and management Working with the design and implementation of marketing measures for our specialist events (eLearning SUMMIT conference tour, webinars) Creation of presentations, promotional materials and social media campaigns for event communication Customer care at our own events as well as industry meetings/fairs

Your profile You bring a passion for language, media and communication and want to gain first professional experience in the PR and marketing sector? We wish: Complete studies or a comparable qualification in communications, media or economics First practical experiences, curiosity & intrinsic motivation of advantage Interest in digital topics and technological change in the education industry Communication strength in word and writing, style security in writing, very good expressability in German (level C2) Structured, independent working and enjoying creative tasks Safe handling of office programs as well as first experiences with CMS, CRM or social media tools desirable You have the Spach Level German C2
