Support in the commercial and technical management of fund objects Working with external service providers such as brokers, property managers and facility managers Acquisition of tasks in renting, marketing and renting Implementation of commercial object planning and budgeting Collaboration in real estate and sales including due diligence procedures Maintenance and updating of the acquisition database as well as data management in transactions and in inventories

Master's degree in real estate, industrial engineering (construction), facility/ asset management, business management or in a comparable degree course Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Ideally, first experience through internships or work students' activities German knowledge of independent application level (at least B2) Own initiative and analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced communication skills
