You are central contact persons of the employees of the associated (specialised) areas Holistic advice and support along the entire employee-life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding Responsible control and implementation of all personal and administrative processes in the care sector Ensure compliance with legal, collective and operational regulations Ensuring contract management, employee data management in SAP as well as documentation and archiving Processing of individual personal measures – in close cooperation with business partners, departments and works councils Creation of works council hearings, certificates and certificates Trustful advice on individual questions Design, standardization and optimization of HR processes and tools as well as active initiation of improvements Cooperation and, where appropriate, management of HR projects and implementation of higher-level HR strategies Close cooperation with internal HR partners, stakeholders and co-determination bodies
