Referent (m/w/d) Corporate Risk Management

You enter the Group-wide risk management system and actively contribute your ideas to its further development. As part of evaluation workshops, which you organize and conduct independently, you support the areas of expertise in identifying potential risks. You can also keep in mind the changes in the industry as well as in-company developments in order to derive new risk aspects early on. Based on your analysis of the Group's exhibitor, you develop sound recommendations for action – with the aim of establishing suitable and efficient instruments for risk coverage together with the specialist areas. You accompany the group-wide implementation of measures resulting from internal and external risk analyses, control the step-by-step implementation and act as a central contact person in exchange with auditors, teams in controlling, specialist departments and the Executive Board. Your responsibility also lies in the structured risk reporting – both to the relevant corporate bodies and within the framework of the Annual Report – including special tasks and short-term ad hoc analyses on risk-relevant topics.

A completed study in economics, law or industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the risk management of an internationally active company or in the advice or advice Examination of capital market-oriented enterprises Knowledge in controlling as well as relevant test standards – e.g. IDW PS 981 and PS 340 Very good understanding of methods in risk, compliance and process management as well as experience in systematic risk assessment German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good communication and coordination skills, a quick conception and a structured, self-responsible operation
