What we plan together: The region controlling is responsible for the 5 penny regions in Germany with one local employee in the region. We work closely with all departments and support them in all business matters. We always have a look at the region's key figures and create transparency about the result through suitable driver models. As an independent consultant and Sparring partner, we particularly support the management of tax-relevant issues. Look forward to an exciting position in the Penny Regionscontrolling with great self-responsibility and a variety of design playing areas, where cooperation with colleagues from different disciplines is important.

What you do with us: You not only have a solid knowledge in controlling, but you also think one step further? You love creating hand-resistant facts from figures and data? Then we like to count on you: You are advising, supporting and advising the department managers within the region in all controlling relevant questions and are available as a reliable contact person. With the regional management you work closely together and create transparency about the development of earnings. You independently analyze misdevelopments and monitor actions initiated. Your expertise is available: You develop regional reporting and develop ad hoc analyses. You show responsibility for your own: in the implementation and coordination of operational planning in the region and in the framework of strategic planning. You are happy to communicate: as an interface to the other Penny regions as well as the national headquarters.
