Account Manager for AMR and ESL (m/f/d)

As an account manager, you bring innovative robotics and digitalization solutions where You make real difference: in the processes of our customers. You work independently from the home office, develop your sales area actively and accompany projects from the first idea to the successful conclusion. Perfect for you if you want to connect sales with future technologies and really move something. You strengthen our sales team for autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and e-shelf label (ESL). You identify new business opportunities, acquire qualified leads and actively attract new customers. You accompany the entire sales process – from the demand determination via the supply creation to the successful conclusion. You enter your projects independently and take over the commercial execution. You'll be struggling with existing customer relationships. You are about 25% of the time on the go – e.g. for customer appointments, conferences and trade fairs.

You have successfully completed a commercial, technical or business training or a study. You have experience in sales - ideally with value and solution-based selling of information-needed technical or IT products. You are interested in innovative technologies and have fun dealing with technical innovations. You have good IT know-how and work independently and structured. You convince by safe occurrence, clear communication and joy in customer contact. You speak very good German and English and have a class B licence. Team

Our esl/log-robot team works internationally and across locations. In addition to colleagues in Germany, team members from Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic also belong to our team. Currently, 6 colleagues work remotely, while 4 team members are working hard at our location in Passau. Despite the distributed locations, we attach great importance to close cooperation and regular exchange. The everyday language in the team is usually German, the interaction with each other is open, easy and collegial. Support and mutual support are of course for us – also in sales. As a service provider, we focus on service orientation, fast and professional reactions and a solution-oriented approach. Our goal is not to simply sell products, but to develop solutions together with our customers and create real added value. Our leadership style is characterized by trust and self-responsibility. Team members have a lot of room for action, organize their tasks independently and make decisions in their own responsibility.
