Design Engineer / Technician in Defense Technology (m/f/d)

You work as a designer in an interdisciplinary development team and actively contribute to the development of military components. The focus is on the construction of structural components with mechanically movable components, in which precision and loadability are crucial. Through close coordination with prototype construction, production and sales, you implement customer-specific requirements in a practical and efficient manner. Your creative solutions are targeted at the development process and thus contribute to technically and economically optimal results. You ensure that all designs meet the highest quality and safety requirements and are designed for extreme mechanical loads.

You have a completed (special) degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification. Practical experience in mechanical construction, ideally in the environment of weir technology or steel construction, will bring you with you. Design guidelines, standards and safety-related requirements are familiar to you and naturally enter your work. The safe handling of Siemens NX, Teamcenter and SAP R/3 is part of your professional everyday life. A structured way of working, technical understanding and good English skills complete your profile.
