You work closely with the development department to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for new products. You are responsible for the initiation, implementation and monitoring of process optimisation in terms of quality, cost and efficiency, and you are responsible for the installation technically – including training of employees You plan and implement automation and process projects in measuring, testing and assembly technology You create and maintain production documents, such as work instructions, test regulations and process documentation, and develop production processes further You design ergonomic and efficient workstations as well as production lines and support the selection of suitable production facilities in close coordination with the specialist areas

You have completed training as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or electrical (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification; a degree as a technician (m/w/d) or a technical degree is of advantage You control the safe handling of electronic measuring devices, devices, production aids and IT systems Ideally, you have first experience in handling IO-Link sensors and actuators – but this is not a must You work reliably and team-oriented and take responsibility for your tasks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
