You create the global guideline on document control and accompany their worldwide implementation. You support the creation, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of central global documents, e.g. the manual for the integrated management system of TÜV Rheinland. You take responsibility for the EtQ-Module Document Control, a globally used IT tool, and drive forward its continuous development. You support and advise process managers in creating and developing controlled documents. You provide specific information and assistance to employees who create controlled documents. You create training documents on Document Control and Quick Guides to help employees use the EtQ module Document Control. Together with the other EtQ module controllers, You organize question and response meetings to introduce further developments of EtQ and answer open questions. You define suitable KPIs, monitor them and create a report format on Document Control in Power BI, an IT platform for creating dashboards.

You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, a technical degree course, quality or environmental management or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, preferably in quality management. You have knowledge in the field of performance management, in particular in KPI reporting, and have ideally completed training as a quality manager or auditor. You have a well-founded knowledge of the organizational structure as well as customer and market requirements, services and key figures in your own area of responsibility. In addition, you will bring basic knowledge in adjacent areas. You communicate complex facts safely and according to target groups with interfaces at different hierarchy levels and in different business areas - even in challenging or emotional conversation situations. You have very good skills in the discussion and in the moderation of groups. You maintain good working relationships across areas, actively cooperate and constructively assist in conflicts and in dealing with resistance. You have secure user knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as ideally knowledge in SAP FI/CO/BW/SD and databases or Reporting tools like TM1, SQL or Arcplan. You have expert knowledge in handling Power BI. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
