Recording and clarifying new requirements of different stakeholders Translation of the requirements in Epics, features and user stories and accompaniment through the entire agile development process to the release. Support in the optimization of the digital customer journey and the further development of our global Academy Onlinestores (Intershop Technology) Creation of documentation and training documents on the Store features Support for content management and configurations in stores Creating test cases, test documentation and acceptance of UAT tests Conducting regular trend and competitive analyses Close cooperation with the international academy companies, group areas and marketing teams Control of external service companies

Studies in Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable subject First experiences as a business analyst or as a request manager Experiences with CMS systems as well as eCommerce backend systems (intershop preferred) Experience with agile methods and/or classical project management desirable Good overview of current IT technologies and basic understanding of software architectures Embossed communication capability Enthusiasm for digital trends and technologies Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
