Head of Corporate Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the strategic development of our corporate systems as an integrated, sustainable application landscape. Definition of target images and architectures as well as ensuring the consistent orientation of business value and strategy. Promote the modernization of the system landscape and the transition from legacy to scalable solutions. Management of cooperation with Finance, HR and other corporate functions as well as prioritization along business impact. Establishing clear governance and control mechanisms for efficient implementation. Development of international, product-oriented teams and strengthening cross-located cooperation, in particular with the Romanian site. Designing modern delivery and operating models as well as ensuring the balance between run and change. Ensure high standards in quality, compliance and data integrity as well as control of external partners. Budget and resource management (scientific) including participation in the prioritization and allocation of resources together with the unit leads. Close cooperation with the IT leadership team and active participation of the IT strategy.

Multiannual experience in the field of Business Applications / Corporate Systems as well as in the control of complex, international application landscapes. Detectable experience in transformation and modernization programs as well as in the construction of future-oriented system and target architectures. Experience in finance, HR or document management systems, ideally in the SAP environment (e.g. SAP Finance Public Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors). Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in corporate functions as well as the translation of business requirements in sustainable IT solutions. Experience in professional leadership without disciplinary authority as well as in matrix and internationally distributed organisations. Embossed strength in prioritization, structuring and control along Business Value. Very good understanding of modern application architectures as well as basic integration, data and platform topics. High communication capability, integration strength and enforcement capability in complex stakeholder structures. Good knowledge of German and English as well as sovereign appearance in an international environment.
