Head of Research & Development - Dr. Hauschka Natural Cosmetics (m/f/d)

We look forward to your support in the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of 28 people – consisting of group management and employees within the department (work groups: product development cosmetics, cosmetic safety and information as well as organizational unit projects and application research) Strategic development of Dr. Hauschka Naturkosmetik for national and international markets Responsibility for the interface between product development, regulatory compliance and safety assessment – You bring together research, regulatory and development effectively Representation of WALA internally and externally: Association work, lectures, conferences, professional networks (about 1 day per month) Process and quality responsibility with clear perspective for proportionality and feasibility
