Responsibility for labour market policy in the Lörrach district, including decisions on participation in EU, ESF and federal special programmes, and the integration budget of the Job Centre Representation of the Market & Integration area towards management, bodies and the outside Perception of organisational and personnel responsibility for currently approx. 70 employees Responsibility Planning, implementation, implementation and monitoring of the integration budget Further development of the strategic orientation of the area Coordination and control of performance (coordination and supervision of performance) Responsibility for the achievement of the area Management representation

Master's degree in Public Management or a comparable qualification Personnel management and management competence Multiannual professional experience in a management or leadership function Knowledge gained in change management and skills in planning, controlling and strategic implementation of change processes Flexibility, readiness to use and loadability even in demanding work situations Communication and negotiation competence, enforcement ability and a safe and convincing occurrence
