Accounting (invoicing and paper: exam, confirmation and booking) Implementation of the number run master data management of creditors and debitors with SAP R/3 Creation of booking / rebooking documents Coordination of accounts and clarification of differences Cooperation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts Compilation of documents and statistics, annual accounts and other reporting purposes Self-employed management of budgetary matters, communication with funds Leading the cash bank Farming documents Issue of invoices Budget / Budget monitoring Preparation of documents for external and internal audits

successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably in public administration or university environment Multiannual practical experience in the field of financial accounting Expertise in tax and commercial law Knowledge of public budgetary and grant law is advantageous Knowledge of the accounting methods of different national and international third-party funding providers (EU, DFG, BMBF, DAAD etc.) are advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications SAP knowledge is advantageous English knowledge is advantageous An independent, conscientious way of working, team skills and service orientation
