One of the largest retention rooms of the integrated Rhine program is the Polder Bellenkopf/Rappenwört near Karlsruhe. On an area of 510 ha there is a retention volume of 14 million m3. The restraining room includes more than 180 buildings: 10 km of dams, three bowls, more than 10 large fountains, various passages and bridges, various special constructions and buildings.

You support the Landesbetrieb Wasser in the implementation of the large project ''Polder Bellenkopf/Rappenwört'' with more than 180 buildings – technically demanding, socially relevant and scenic. In an interdisciplinary team, you will perform the building function. You control planning and construction processes, coordinate external engineering offices, accompany construction site meetings and represent the interests of the country. You agree with licensing authorities and municipalities and support planning offices in the award of supply and construction services. In the context of public relations, you will provide information services and answer questions from civil society and local authorities about the project.

Diploma or master's degree in the field of civil engineering or completion of a comparable degree course at a university (corresponding master's degrees of technical colleges must be accredited for access to the higher service of public administration.
