You advise our asset and facility management teams, as well as external partners with your expertise as an architect or civil engineer It is mainly the management / project control of various CAPEX measures, rent-out buildings and remodelings in the stock Ensure the smooth, time-, quality- and cost-oriented execution of the construction projects to be supervised You will then take over the coordination and monitoring of external and internal planning teams, project dates, plan examination, audit of accounts and construction control Your responsibility ranges from planning phase to project transfer Finally, as a professional and competent contact person, you always have an open ear for our customers

They have a degree in architecture or construction or technical training You already have several years of professional experience as project manager and know very well in German construction They are able to communicate and bring a high degree of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking with You have extensive construction experience, know about construction costs and use your knowledge pragmatically You bring travel readiness With Microsoft Office you are able to handle targeted Finally you have very good German (Minimum C1) and good English skills
