As a service manager, you know the processes of a restaurant business like your western pocket. The main responsibility for a smooth service requires excellent communication skills with the team. As a supporting team leader, the promotion, demand and well-being of the service staff are in your hands. Your charming character represents the lived cordiality of our restaurant “La Vie”. Your daily tasks:

• Main/stellv contact partner for restaurant & event guests • Ensure a smooth process in à la carte, banquet and conference services • Creation of schedules • Management, coordination and incorporation of employees • Training of trainees • Beverage storage, control and ordering • Book and control all invoices • Editing the Micros-Fidelio product management program • Implementation of inventory • Compliance with event plans • Participation of events and banquets • Representation for the service manager for internal and external matters
