Your tasks

• Master of the building: You wait and repair the entire building technology, e.g. refrigeration systems, sprinkler systems, shelf systems as well as electrical systems, windows, doors, gates, ventilation/heating and sanitary facilities.
• You make sure that everything is running: regular inspections of the technical equipment as well as ensuring the availability of equipment are your everyday routine.
• You are looking for fault causes and lifting them.
• Contact person on site: You enter the specialist companies in their activities with us.
• Your craftsmanship skills are in demand: Guide conversions, extensions and new installations to the plants to be supervised.
• All in mind: Care for correct documentation of carried out maintenance work by tablet/PC

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in the field of operating electronics, electrical and mechatronics incl. Permission to work at 400 V or the Schlosserhandwerk.
• With experience in the maintenance, maintenance and commissioning of technical installations of building equipment, you can score right with us.
• Passion for technology and IT: Good knowledge in plant operation (promoting technology, control, domestic engineering, refrigeration machines) as well as basic knowledge in KNX or SPS control S7/TIA are the distinguishing features.
• Are you ready to acquire additional qualifications? Great. As a technician, we support you in continuing/continuing, for example, as a sprinkler queue, elevator queue or for a welding course.
• Use at different times: As a home technician, you are flexible and ready for shiftwork, weekend and holiday work, as well as willingness.
