Team Leader (m/w/d) Credit Processes & Governance in the Loan Market Back-Office

Leadership: You lead and develop your team, promote their skills and ensure high performance. Process development: You design and implement new credit processes that meet regulatory requirements. You value modern, user-friendly solutions. Team support: You support your team in introducing new processes and ensure smooth integration into existing processes. Project management: You conduct projects to increase efficiency and quality in the credit sector. Process controlling and analytics: You develop process controlling and carry out credit-related evaluations to identify optimization potentials. Process monitoring: You regularly check the credit processes on topicality and completeness to ensure compliance with current requirements.

Complete studies in the field of economics, business management, finance or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in credit processes and process management, ideally in a bank or a financial service company. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the credit business. Representative leadership and social skills as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team. Analytical skills and experience in process optimization and risk assessment. High self-initiative, enforcement capacity and a solution-oriented way of working.
