Become a playmaker in the energy transition! We shape the future of energy supply. In our area of Meter-to-Cash, we develop the new digital platform for customer service and metering in the E.ON network business. As an assistant to the field management, you take important organizational and administrative tasks, drive your own projects forward and help us pave the way for an efficient and modern energy future. Strategic support: You support our executives through the takeover of organizational and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running throughout the M2C Solutions area. Event & Meeting Management: You are responsible for preparing and hosting important internal and external meetings and events, such as our 'Area All Hands Meeting''. Internal communication: You continuously develop our communication formats and plead our intranet (compass) for the area as well as the entire 'processes and systems'. IT coordination: You take important tasks in the field of IT coordination and are therefore an important interface between specialist and IT. Problem solution & project work: You are immersing yourself in specific problems, developing targeted solutions and taking on temporary special tasks that challenge you personally and professionally. OKR Coaching: As an OKR Coach, you can significantly support the area in defining and achieving its quarterly objectives Health and Safety: You take on the important role as HSE officer:r (Health, Safety, Environment) for the area and ensure a safe working environment.

Complete commercial vocational training and first professional experience in similar functions. Fit in the application of popular MS Office products. Experience in handling SAP (invoicing, payment instructions). You are solution-oriented and have a positive way of thinking. You are self-employed and ready to learn new things. Impressed communication skills and high service orientation. Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills.
