In this role in Asset Strategy & Information, you bring together the requirements of users from different disciplines and IT developments. You are actively contributing to the digitalization of TenneT, including the (further) development and support of geoinformation systems, ticket systems, regulation management or document management systems. That's why we're looking for a passionate business analyst for digitalization projects (m/w/d) at the Bayreuth site or lecturer at Hanover, maybe you are? Conditions From August 2025 The weekly working time is 37 hours The place is indefinite The position requires regular travel readiness (approximately once a month) to visit colleagues at other locations The place can be taken off prematurely, so do not hesitate to apply! Interface function: You are the central contact person in the business for the systems you are looking for (geoinformations and ticket systems, regulation management and document management systems), including support and further development of the systems in close cooperation with other departments and external service providers Full system support: You take the request, conception, if necessary. Call for proposals, up to implementation and operational operation, including participation in user acceptance tests and hypercare phases System introduction: You are responsible for the introduction and use of the systems throughout the company, keeps workshops and trainings and start working instructions and documentation Controlling and reporting: In addition, make sure that there are no gaps or overlaps in the entire portfolio and create reports for management

Qualification: You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of Business Informatics / Geoinformatics / Computer Science, Economics or Engineering. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification Professional experience: You have experience as a product owner, business analyst or comparable, and have preferably accompanied complex IT projects in the energy industry or in the public sector from the analysis phase to the implementation and operational operation System experience: You have knowledge of (further) development and support of geoinformation systems (ArcGIS), ticket systems, regulations management or document management systems Language skills: You have excellent language skills (in word and writing) and presentation skills in German and English
