Key Responsibilities and Duties Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning across commercial and industrial sites Manage on-site trades apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely project delivery Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work scopes. Coordinate close with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth site operations Responsible for implementation of the scope of work on construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning Management of Site Design and Construction Processes Planning of all resources including materials and subcontractors
Key Skills and Competencies Trade qualified with a National Craft Certificate or third level qualification 2+ years experience in a supervisory, foreman, or construction management role Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety and quality
