BIM Coordinator with a focus on Revit and auxalia (m/f/d)

As a BIM and Revit expert, you support our technical system planners by developing our Revit and auxalia environment in a targeted way, from templates and families to symbols to view and project standards. This provides the basis for efficient, uniform and high-quality digital planning in the project everyday. We are an engineering office for technical building equipment. Founded in 1994, we have been operating as Ottensmeier TGA since the beginning of 2021. With our 20 MA, we develop innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers in all areas of supply and electrical engineering.

You develop, structure and care our Revit and auxalia templates for TGA planning You create and optimize Revit families, symbols, captions, parameter structures and view templates and continuously develop these You standardize recurring planning processes and establish uniform CAD and BIM standards for our office You actively support our technical system planners in the project everyday when using templates and digital planning tools You analyze existing workflows, develop practical optimizations and work closely with the planning teams to further develop our digital planning processes

You have well-founded experience with Autodesk Revit and ideally with auxalia solutions like the Revit ProjectBox You master the creation and maintenance of Revit families, symbols, view templates, captions and project standards You have a good understanding of the TGA planning and know the requirements and procedures of technical system planners You work structured, carefully and solution-oriented and have ideally experience in the BIM environment, CAD management or digital planning processes of building technology You have the pleasure of developing standards, sharing knowledge and sustained support of teams with
