Project management: You conduct and control several parallel projects of a wide variety of sizes with a focus on heating optimisation, hydraulic balancing and heat supply in the building stock, and take over the building function from internal and external stakeholders. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and successful completion of your projects, including budget, quality and time management. Cooperation & Communication: You coordinate external specialist planners, construction companies and service providers, conduct tenders and awards and accompany technical clarifications, contract contents, audits and approvals. Own responsibility: As part of your project responsibility, you independently decide on technical variants and solutions and contribute your expertise in evaluating complex project and planning topics. Process optimization: You actively participate in the development and standardization of technical and organizational processes and methods in the field of hydraulic balancing and heating optimisation and promote professional exchange in the team.

Qualification: You have completed technical or economic studies, for example in the fields of energy and building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering or civil engineering, or a technical training with a corresponding additional qualification as a technician:in or master:in. Practical experience: You have several years of experience in the planning and implementation of heat projects as well as in project management and have sound knowledge in the field of tenders and awards. Expertise: Thanks to your strong technical understanding for heating systems and water-guided systems, you can safely evaluate complex relationships and develop practical solutions. You also know the relevant legal and technical regulations, in particular EEG, GEG, VOB and HOAI. Personality: You work solution-oriented, structured and responsible. In addition, you will be able to handle different contact persons and communicate clearly and legally. Language skills: You master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into meetings, presentations and written correspondence.
