Self-employed booking of debitors, creditors and property accounts Daily receipt of invoice from the ERP system Participation in the monthly and annual accounts Implementation of payment flows and cooperation in receivable management Processing of travel cost accounting Creating evaluations and cost analyses Implementation of sales tax forecasts and statistical reports General accounting and administrative tasks Preparation of wage and salary bills in cooperation with the tax office Administration of working time accounts and personnel records Internal and external contact for personnel questions

Completioned training to finance or payroll holders or a comparable commercial qualification, e.g. to the tax specialist Multiannual professional experience in financial and wage accounting Safe handling of accounting software, ideally experience with diamond Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Word Experience and good knowledge with modern ERP systems and time tracking programs Multiannual experience in personnel administration and accounting Very good English skills
