Account Manager and Trainer Insurance (m/f/d)

• In this position you take care of our customers from the social economy and are at the same time part of our 'training workshop', in which versatile tasks await you. • For your customers, you are the first contact person in all insurance issues, from consulting to contract support, with a tool case of fully digitally supported work processes and a modern IT environment. • With your state-of-the-art support, you are looking for a high quality of services and are also a model for the trainees and dual students in the first year of teaching. • As an instructor (m/w/d) in the 'Education Workshop' you set the foundation for the development of young talent together with colleagues.

• You are a service professional and attach great importance to optimal customer support. • Through your background as an insurance businessman (m/w/d), you have a good overview of all composites and strive to further develop your skills. • You want to further develop growing structures with agile work processes, efficient IT solutions, innovative product solutions and a modern leadership culture. • You are an absolute team player and enjoy working with young people and teaching knowledge. • You have good MS Office knowledge.
