Your tasks at ahead personal

• Employees in the introduction of the new payroll system (Personio)
• Own-responsible collection & billing of all data relevant to pay (Lohn & salary
• Competent contact person for employees and executives in all questions about billing
• Creation of certificates & notifications for authorities and processing of internal/external requests
• care and management of direct insurance, pension funds, service car contracts and payments
• Assessment of tax and social insurance matters
• Support for audits by social security institutions and financial authorities
• Planning and coordination of test activities in the context of system introductions and process optimization

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial man or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, continuing training in the field of wage and salary accounting
• Multiannual professional experience in pay billing
• Foundation knowledge of pay tax and social security law
• Experience in Personio (HR & Payroll) and ATOSS desirable
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Service orientation, discretion as well as a structured and precise operation
• Immigrant Leumund (Police Guide)
