You take responsibility for the professional, human and organizational management of the entire care area and manage its strategic and operational development. You continuously develop the care concept as well as quality management, ensure a high quality of care and guide your employees confidently. You promote the professional development of your employees, are responsible for the personnel planning and ensure the necessary personnel deployment. Initiating and accompanying change processes actively, driving digitization in the care sector and shaping future-oriented structures as well as innovative services. In close cooperation with the institution management, you will recognize developments in the care sector at an early stage, provide technical and organizational impulses and actively contribute to the further orientation of the institution.

With your completed training as a examinated nursing professional in combination with a study in nursing management or a completed further education to the nursing service, you bring the formal requirements for the function. You have multi-year leadership experience in stationary old aid and understand how to guide employees and continuously develop them.
