Professional and disciplinary leadership

• Discipline leadership, motivation and further development of the team
• Responsibility for operational planning, target agreements, performance assessments and feedback talks
• Ensuring work discipline, process compliance and compliance with internal guidelines
• Introducing new employees and continuous qualification of the team

Operational control of customer service

• Total responsibility for the proper handling of all orders
• Ensuring scheduled, complete and correct order processing
• Monitoring of orders, contract documents, changes and special cases
• Interface coordination with sales, project management, accounting, personnel department

Quality, control & optimization

• Building and developing efficient processes and standards
• identification of sources of error and derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Development of evaluations, key figures and reports for department management
• Ensuring high data quality and audit-proof documentation

Compulsory conditions

• Multiannual professional experience in order management or a comparable commercial area
• Detectable disciplinary leadership experience
• Experience in controlling employees including responsibility for performance and objectives

Expertise

• Very good understanding of commercial processes and contract processes
• Secure handling of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
• Structured, careful and solution-oriented operation
