Planning, execution and evaluation of the care of cardiological and internalist patients: Care of monitor-monitored patients:inside Self-employed work organisation and coordination of care Organisational leadership of employees Planning and control of personnel use Service and holiday planning Leading employee talks EDV-controlled patient and care management Guidance of trainees and employees, including in the recognition process

A completed training on health care and nursing, elderly caregivers with training on station management (w/m/d) or the willingness to complete a further training High social and strategic competence A high level of self-initiative, enforcement and persuasiveness as well as pronounced communicative skills Professional communication with patients, reference persons and employees Self-responsible work Openness to new care content and organisational changes Specialist and social competence Computer identifiers
