IT Administrator (m/f/d) - Infrastructure & Microsoft 365

1st/2nd level support for users (Windows, Android, iOS) Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment Support for the hybrid infrastructure (MS Cloud + On-Prem) Administration of:Active Directory & group policies Virtualization environments (e.g. VMware, Azure VM) Backup and restore systems (e.g. Veeam) Firewall and network systems (e.g. Fortinet or similar) Azure Cloud administration Administration of VoIP telecommunications systems

Monitoring, patch management and security Collaboration on infrastructure projects (networks, servers, laboratory PCs) Close cooperation with IT engineers, IT project management and external partners Support with GMP-compliant documentation and IT processes

Several years of experience in IT administration Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams, etc. Good knowledge of hybrid AD structures Knowledge in at least one of the following areas:Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V or similar) Backup solutions Firewall/network environments

Understanding of IT security (MFA, endpoint security, network segmentation) Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GMP, ISO 27001) is an advantage Team player with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work Hands-on mentality and ability to set priorities independently Interest in development and modern IT architectures
