We are looking for our state-of-the-art production plant in 95466 Bayreuth/Weidenberg at the next time you (m/w/d) as:

QUALITY QUALITY (QS) – Documentation & Traceability

In the area of quality management/production you ensure complete traceability (traceability) as well as a standard QS documentation along the production process. In addition, you support the quality reduction in production – in particular in the field of reinforcement – administrative and documentary.

Maintenance and updating of traceability documentation (Excel-based traceability lists) including delivery notes and internal data structures Management and structured storage of quality-relevant documents in the SharePoint (checklists, batch logs, production evidence) Ensuring completeness and traceability of production and test data Creation, adaptation and maintenance of QS forms (e.g. test logs, checklists, documentation templates) Documentary support for quality reduction in reinforcement production Control of incoming documents on formal correctness and audit conformity Continuous updating of the digital QS document inventory to manufactured components

Commercial, technical or comparable training (e.g. industrial, technical staff, production/industrial environment) Ideally first experience in quality management, in QS documentation or production environment Secure handling of Microsoft Excel (structured table management, tracking of data stocks) Experience in dealing with document management systems or Advantage SharePoint Structured, careful and audit-proof working High sense of responsibility for documentation and detection Basic understanding of production processes desirable
