(Senior) Consultant / Manager - Asset-Management (w|m|d)

You develop future-oriented business and operating models for asset managers and shape the implementation of the developed strategies in their organization. Find answers to the changing customer needs in the investment, analyze attractive markets and identify functions and processes in asset management with high digitization/automatization potential. Use supervisory requirements to design the positioning of asset managers, for example with regard to sustainability, an innovative product offer or location policy. You analyze the companies, their competition and the customer needs of retail and institutional investors and prepare the results both structured and management-oriented. With increasing experience, you are taking more and more responsibility, representing work results to our customers, taxing part-projects, managing project team:inside and bringing you more into acquisitions. You also want to take responsibility? Use the opportunity to compose studies (e.g. our European Asset Management Study) and to publish your own articles/whitepaper, or introduce yourself to recruiting and university marketing.

You have successfully completed your Business Administration (Master or Promotion) or a comparable academic education. Ideally, you already have professional or project experience in consulting, finance, capital management, asset managers or FinTech. You bring expertise in asset management as well as in the associated business processes and functions (front-to-back) of a capital management company or an asset manager. You understand your capital market-oriented knowledge to combine liquid and illiquid asset classes with regulatory requirements (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SFDR, CSRD). You think strategically and have fun questioning habits. You speak German and English fluently.
