In the Team Growth Impulse & Piloting, we have set ourselves the goal of initiating and piloting industry-wide and scalable innovations for the German insurance market. With our fast-prototyping service, we can quickly and efficiently develop and implement future-oriented concepts. As an intern:in you will make a concrete contribution to achieving these goals by actively participating in all the different phases of the project - from starting up to designing and implementing up to refining and analyzing projects. Get valuable insights into the innovation processes of the insurance industry and learn how technical, regulatory and financial setups interact. This internship is ideal for you if you want to gain practical experience in a dynamic and future-oriented environment.

This is what we expect as an intern (m/w/d)

To help shape the future: support the project leaders in the customer-centric development of innovation and growth impulses and the subsequent agile development and piloting of selected products & services Living in cooperation: active participation in the design and implementation of innovative products and business models with many internal and external cooperation partners Recognize trends and share innovation impulses: active participation of a trend and start-up newsletter and support in the development and presentation of innovative methods and tools Take responsibility: takeover of own researches, projec management tasks as well as independent and structured preparation of the results in presentations and decision-making templates, including for top management Evaluate results and derive recommendations for action: support in creating reports on live test fields and in deriving optimization approaches

Above-average performance in an economic, technical, communication or IT-oriented study (ab 5th semester Bachelor) Great interest in innovative topics/innovation management and new (digital) technologies First practical experience in a company, start-up or consulting environment Embossed Analytical Thinking Power, Fast Conception and Self-Orientated and Structured Operation flowing German knowledge at least on C1 level in word and writing, at least good English knowledge Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
