Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion reporting systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business unit are to be set up as an independent unit and subsequently developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business. International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As an IT Product Owner for CIAM & DNS Management, you will become part of the newly established society in the future and will work in a globally connected team of about 4300 colleagues working in over 50 countries. In your position, supervise and manage customer authentication, authorization and identity exchange with our Keycloak instance and our external identity provider based on Azure AD B2C. The supervision and management of our DNS infrastructure, domain registrations and SSL certificates as well as cloud web hosting on Azure for sales and marketing applications is one of your topics. They act as the main contact person between the business units, IT and stakeholders at international level, understand customer needs, collect requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories. In addition, you are responsible for prioritizing and maintaining the Product Backlog, ensuring compliance with the business objectives and maximizing value creation. In addition, you manage external service providers to ensure a successful product and service provision . The development, management and refinement of KPIs for product performance, user-friendliness and functionality, regular reporting to the stakeholders and identifying areas worthy of improvement is within your area of responsibility. Lastly, you work closely with the IT infrastructure, legal and security teams to ensure compliance with data security regulations and the implementation of best practices in terms of data protection and security.

Education: completed university studies in information technology or comparable qualifications Experiences and know-how: several years of professional experience for IT products and applications, experience with agile methods and the tool chain (JIRA, Confluence); good knowledge in CIAM operation and identity management; expertise in DNS infrastructure and web hosting; solid knowledge of proven security practices, compliance and data protection standards Personality and working methods: a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently. Structured, conceptual and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly formulate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical interest groups Enthusiasm: Joy in work in virtual teams Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
