We are looking for 01.09.2025 Teamleiter (m/w/d) in part-time (50%) to support our team at the Hanover site.

Continuous improvement of the sales and earnings situation by controlling the telephone sales and ensuring optimal cooperation with the external service Targeted development and use of electronic (online and telesales) instruments Support for local sales managers by telephone sales of our products as a supplement to customer visit on site Lead sales talks and process immigrant treatments customer-oriented Support for regular customers - further develop technical and empirical advice and the partnership relationship Further development of areas (stock customers) to increase sales and sales coordinate contact with the local sales manager for new customer requests via our online shop Pre- and post-processing of customer calls (data acquisition, internal disclosure of information) Close cooperation with the internal sales service and other internal interfaces Implementation of defined actions

Completed commercial training or industry-specific training, e.g. as a baker/confectioner Ideally, an economic training or a completed study First management experience Experience in sales or in telephone sales / telephone marketing desirable Ideal knowledge of the food industry in the B2B or B2C area Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking combined with analytical skills Sales and negotiation skills and earnings orientation You are empathic/worthy in dealing with customers and brings passion and predictive thinking with Safe handling of MS Office applications and SAP
