The organisation of the secretariat is your own responsibility, as is the support of the Head of Foreign Office You are responsible for managing calendars with appropriate coordination and monitoring Your tasks include general office activities, such as the processing of written and oral correspondence Development of concepts and assistance in the preparation of presentations for specialist departments and the field manager The coordination of travel and administration of office materials are also your tasks
