In a central interface function, you work with different disciplines, develop practical solutions and ensure that our processes are efficiently, transparent and consistent.

Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the pay group 10; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment. What we want from you: You have completed economics or information technology studies, for example in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Computer Science. Alternatively, you will bring a bank-based training, such as savings banks or bank-based business owners, or a comparable qualification. You have experience in process, organization, quality or risk management and understand how to analyze and explain complex processes in a structured manner. You are sure to deal with data, key figures and common office applications – especially Excel – and bring a good understanding of risk-oriented and regulatory relationships. You like to work conceptually and are able to penetrate complex issues, develop viable concepts and control instruments and advance their implementation in a structured manner. Good to know: Experiences in the banking environment, in the process-oriented internal control system as well as knowledge in PPS_neo and RiMaGo are of advantage, but no prerequisite.
