We are looking for you for our Banking Products business segment in Tribe Assets and Equity!

Tasks with perspectives

You support the Brokerage teams in the Tribe fortune & equity within Atruvia AG and accompany the development of innovative digital banking solutions in the securities business (e.g., depot overview, savings plans, market overview). You help to establish and document structures and processes and actively shape knowledge management in Confluence. You work on the continuous improvement of change processes and help optimize processes, procedures and tools. You get deep insights into agile methods, bring creative ideas and take organizational activities. You keep the project budget in mind and support in auditing, cost overview and project controlling. You carry on your own tasks in the (agile) project management, in the areas of Regulatorik & Compliance and thus contribute to the successful implementation of projects. You support the team organizationally with appointment coordination, correspondence and administrative tasks.

Personality with profile

You are in an advanced degree in economics, innovation management, or a comparable degree and have completed at least three semesters of a Bachelor's degree program. You have gained first experience in project management and are passionate about technology and digitalization. You ideally have first knowledge in the IT-close environment and are interested in developing your knowledge. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You communicate clearly and understandably, you can document concepts and convey complex content structuredly. You work independently, structured and responsibly and bring a high level of organizational and team skills. You have first experiences with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) as well as Jira and Confluence and are open to new tools and methods. You are analytic, you work precisely and you have a high degree of commitment in your work. You are a team player and bring good communication and coordination skills to efficiently implement tasks together with your colleagues. Nobody is perfect!
