KAUFMANN (M/W/D) FOR SPEDITION AND LOGISTICS SERVICE

• Organisation and coordination of national and international transport of our goods
• Creating shipping and customs papers and processing of customs formalities
• Selection and control of forwarding and logistics service providers
• Monitoring the timely delivery and processing of complaints
• Optimization of logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Communication with internal departments such as production and sales as well as external partners and customers
• Creation and evaluation of shipping and transport reports
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, especially in the field of transport and customs

Your profile

• Complete training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in logistics, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of the organization of transport, customs processing and logistics processes
• Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems, SAP knowledge are beneficial
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and team skills
• Structured operation and a solution-oriented way of thinking
