Your expertise is shown in creating, testing and optimizing CNC programs for the DMG MORI NLX2500, continuously improving the programs to minimize setup and runtime You take on your own responsibility the introduction of new parts on the machine and adapt the tools, always selecting the appropriate tools, cutting materials and clamping means from economic and technical aspects. You are responsible for creating and maintaining the production documentation, including setup plans and tool lists, and you are responsible for providing running programs on time Your support for the machine operators in program and process issues is valuable, and you contribute to ensuring a high initial sample quality to minimize rework and rejection

You have a completed vocational training as a machining mechanic and brings several years of experience in CAM programming for turning and milling Your well-founded knowledge of PLC for Siemens and/or Fanuc controls and your safe reading of technical drawings are complemented by your familiarity with common DIN and ISO standards You are familiar with tools, cutting materials, clamping means and cutting technology, which underlines your good technical understanding Your work is independent, structured and reliable, with a high degree of accuracy and a pronounced quality awareness among your strengths You are characterized by pronounced problem-solving competence and analytical thinking skills, which helps you to master challenges efficiently
