Our client is a manufacturer of heat pumps and stands for modern heating technology with a focus on service-oriented customer support in the interior service. At the site, a young, motivated team works closely with internal disciplines to efficiently solve queries from end customers and specialist partners. In the daily business there is a high availability, clear technical information and a clean process documentation.

Telephone and written processing of technical requests for heat pump systems in first and second level support Systematic analysis of faults and queries with derivation of practical solutions for specialist partners and end customers Documentation of all processes in internal systems and maintenance of knowledge entries for recurring error images Coordination with internal interfaces such as technology, service organization and product management including structured escalation in complex cases Active participation in the further development of support processes, discussion guides and quality assurance to increase the initial solution rate

Complete technical training, ideally in the SHK, electrical or energy environment, or a comparable qualification First to several years of experience in technical interior services, customer service or support for heating and heat pump technology Embossed communication capability with safe appearance on the phone and understandable explanation of technical connections Analytical and Structured Operation with High Liability in Tracing, Priority and Documentation Good IT affinity and willingness to work quickly into internal tools, product logics and a knowledge database
