In our teams of Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at Frankfurt/Main, you support our customers in the Accounting and Transaction Division to build an efficient and effective financial function of the company. Together, we are making a significant contribution to the CFO agenda of the future through our consulting activities and help our customers: to establish and maintain transparency and confidence in reporting - as a basis for better decision-making. With us you can show both your professional and creative side to actively contribute our projects with innovative IT solutions. You can do a variety of tasks: Project-related activities focusing on the capital market and the use of ‘IPO and Listing Services’ Preparation of companies at the IPO in terms of share and bond issues, national and international Support for customers in SPAC transactions, advice in financial communication and investor relations Cooperation in the multidisciplinary team and project management Advising partners, management and financial functions of growing, young companies, medium-sized enterprises, family businesses or multinational companies

Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) of Business Administration or Economics as well as specialist courses with financial reference First experience in the consulting practice in the capital market or in listed companies, e.g. through internships or work students Good understanding and joy in capital market topics Self-safe communication, team orientation, analytical thinking and self-responsibility Very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing and readiness to travel
